All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. The balance amount must be paid before the tour commencement date. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from Mercury Tour Operator.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. The following charges apply based on the notice period before departure:
Mercury Tour Operator reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, road closures, or natural disasters. Alternate arrangements of similar standard will be provided wherever possible.
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents. Mercury Tour Operator is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to invalid or missing documents.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. Mercury Tour Operator does not provide travel insurance.
Mercury Tour Operator acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers during the tour.
All travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. Mercury Tour Operator reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests or staff.
Mercury Tour Operator shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
