Madhya Pradesh tour on 5^th December 2019

Tour Itinerary:-12 Nights/13 Days

Night stay:

Khajuraho : 2 Nights , Bandhavgarh/ Panna* : 2 Nights,  Amarkantak: 1 Night,  Panchmari: 2 Nights, Jabalpur: 2 Nights.

Non AC SL Class Train Ticket * No specific seat/berth will be allotted.

@ Rs. 21500/- per head in Double / Twin sharing basis

@ @ Rs. 20500/- per head in Triple sharing basis

Tour Itinerary:

5^th December: Train from Howrah by Sipra exp. Overnight train. Going For Madhyapradesh Tour from Kolkata

6^th December: Reach Satna station and transfer to Khajuraho. Evening enjoys light and sound show at Khajuraho temple. Night stay.

7^th December: Morning visit local sightseeing places  Kandariya Mahadev temple, Lakshman temple, Dulhadev temple, Devi Jagadamva temple, Parsvanath Temple, Archeological museum, Ajaygarh fort, Raneh falls. Beni Sagar dam, Jain museum.  Night stay at Khajuraho.

8^th December: Transfer to Panna / Bandhavgarh* and overnight stay.

9^th December: Early morning(optional) safari to Panna/Bandhavgarh*  forest and after breakfast transfer to  Bandhavgarh* & night stay.

10^th December:  Early morning (optional) safari to Bandhavgarh forest and after breakfast transfer to Amarkantak and overnight stay.

11^th December: Visit sightseeing places in Amarkantak namely, Narmadakund(surrounded by 16 major stone temples, Kapil Dhara(Kapil waterfalls) ,Amarkantak temple,  Trimukhi temple, Sonakshi, Saktipeeth temple, Sri Jwaleshwar Mahadev temple, ancient temples of Kalachuri, Shri Yantra Mandir, Dudh Dhara waterfalls, Sonemuda(place of origin of Son river) , Mai ki Bagiya(Goddess garden) Annapurna temple, Durga dhara waterfall  and Transfer to Jabalpur for overnight stay.

12^th December: After breakfast transfer to  Panchmari. Night stay.

13^th December: Visit sightseeing places of Panchmari comprising, Bee fall, Pandav caves(5 rock-cut out temples), Shri Panch Pandav Caves, Bison Lodge museum, Apsara Vihar, Handi Khoh, Panchmari Biosphere Reserve(gypsy). Night stay at Panchmari.

14^th December: Transfer to Jabalpur. A boat ride (optional tour cost) to Bhedaghat. Can also ride cable car across Dhaunadhar falls (optional cost).

15^th December: Visit Dhuandhar Falls, Bhedaghat Marble Rocks, Lord Shiba statue, Chausat Yogini Temple, Madan Mahal Fort, Balancing Rocks, Rani Durgavati Museum, Pisanhari ki Madiya(Jain temple). Transfer to station for the return train

16^th December: Overnight at Train

17^th December: Early arrival to Howrah / Tour end

Mercury Rules & Regulation

Minimum 50% payment at the time of confirmation, 25% to be clear 30 days prior to the tour, Balance 25% to be cleared 15 days prior to the tour (Domestic Tour).

Minimum 50% payment at the time of confirmation for Madhya Pradesh Tour & Balance 50% to be clear 30 days prior to journey (International Tour).

Customer needs to carry the printout of tickets to Airport/ railway station along with valid photo identity proof.

Bookings can be confirmed only if Mercury Tour Operator gets the confirmation of payment clearance to its account. If Mercury Tour Operator fails to receive the above payment, the ticket & or booking shall automatically be canceled.

There is a possibility of increase of fare because of time gap between quotation of fare and actual booking of tickets, in this case, the customer would be informed about the same and increased fare would be collected from the customer.

Additional money for booking modification will be collected from the passenger for any modifications.

We do not own any hotel, do not control or operate any Airline / Railways /any other services. Although we try our best to arrange and recommend the best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility for the performance of all / any of the services provided by service providers or for any dissatisfaction, delay, accidents, injuries, loss of life, property, document/s & baggage/s, flight/rail delays, reservations, transportations, insurance, cancellations, suspensions or any other eventuality / irregularity and also for any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdown of any facility, unforeseen mechanical condition of vehicle, act of omission and commissions. It is understood that the client/s shall not bring, make or raise any action. Demand or claim in any respect whatsoever against us, our Employees or Directors or Partners or Proprietor.

We do not carry any independent / additional liability to any client beyond the liability which is reimbursed to us by any hotel, airlines, tour operator or other concerned agencies. Under all circumstances, our liability shall be limited only to the amount received by us in this regards.

General Cancellation Charges 30% on or before 30 days from the commencement of tour date. 35% between 29 – 15 days from the commencement of tour date 100% before 15 days from the commencement of tour date.

In case of any claim/dispute the Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India only shall have the Jurisdiction.

Refund: No refund will be made for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature. Any refund due to the client’s on account of cancellation and for changes made in the booking or on any other account will take minimum 30 days to process the refund.

All Tours / Services are subject to Rules and Regulation of the Company, Government of India, Reserve Bank of India or such other rules & regulations as may be applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour before the date of departure. In such a case, we shall be liable to refund only the amount paid by the client/s without any interest.

No other service/s will be provided which are not mentioned in the inclusion part.
